CULLMAN — West End beat St. Bernard 59-27 Thursday in boys high school basketball.

Caleb Mayo paced the Patriots (5-2) with 22 points. Levi Weems recorded 10 points and 10 rebounds. Jonathan Mikkelson scored nine points. Raymond Chapman and Edward Bell each pulled down eight rebounds.
